i m thinking if i should blog on curry fish head first or my ramen cravings on sat lol. but i decided to blog on the latter cos later i am going to have Ramen again..yum yum. this time i m going to Q for the king of Ramen lol. wish me luck ..yum yum.
so this menya musashi actually is quite famous for their Red, White and Black Ramen. The white one is their original ramen, Red represents spicy and their black is their famous garlic ramen. There are 2 types of ramen. One is dried ones which is served together with a bowl of the soup (red / White / black). another is the soup based ( red / white / black).
This time round we took the dried one.

personally i still prefer soup based version of ramen cos the ramen soak in the pipping hot soup is really superb. the soup is very thick and i love the starchy taste of it. it taste like massive collagen haha..almost the same like the soup is cooked very long with tonnes of pig bones..we like the soup very much.
the ramen actually comes in a set with side dishes you can choose from. our usual sides dishes
you can visit them at theStar ( new shopping next to BV Mrt station), Ion and Raffles city. =)
